The actual day of the project, Dillion (project manager) was highly professional in our review of the expectations of the project and with the implementation of bamboo removal. The entire crew worked together in a harmonious fashion so that completion took place in less than an hour. The entire crew was very respectful and demonstrated a team effort.

We have used Yutzy Tree Service to maintain a protected grand live oak in our backyard for many years based on referral from a friend who has numerous oak trees on his property. He will let no company but Yutzy take care of the trees. They even have their own gate for entry to the property. We were impressed with Tim and Kris, both of whom are ISA Certified Arborists, from the first meeting and their explanation of the proper method of trimming and elevation to preserve the health of the tree in compliance with established city guidelines for protected oaks, and the expertise and speed with which the Yutzy crew handled the work. The crew was always on time, professional yet friendly and never left without cleaning up all debris.

We recently had to remove our beloved tree due to hurricane damage. It was splitting in half due to heavy winds and rain penetration in the trunk. Tim and Kris worked with us to secure an emergency permit and re-arranged work schedules to handle the removal. Ryhs, also an ISA Certified Arborist and onsite during the removal, even contacted “Call Before You Dig” to mark underground utility lines before the stump was ground to ensure no lines were inadvertently cut during the process. We highly recommend this company. They are BBB A+ rated, their pricing is very competitive, and their equipment is state of the art. The employees are terrific to work with and have come to feel like family over the past many years. We will be planting replacement trees and look forward to having them trimmed by Yutzy.
